Application areas of high-precision cold drawn steel pipes
(1) Engineering hydraulic machinery: such as hydraulic truck cranes, excavators, bulldozers, forklifts, etc.
(2) Underground hydraulic supports for coal mines: There are currently 48 companies producing underground hydraulic supports across the country, and the total demand for high-precision cold drawn pipes is approximately 1.2 million meters.
(3) Hydropower station gate hoists and formwork machines, especially the Yangtze River Three Gorges Project, will be in great demand in the next ten years.
(4) Construction machinery: lifting machinery for high-altitude operations, and hydraulic machinery for construction and repair of general buildings.
(5) Petroleum geological pipes: Each oil field across the country requires more than 30,000 oil pumps every year, and consumes more than 200,000 to 400,000 meters of high-precision pipes annually. In addition, this technology can also be used to finish various types of drill pipes.
(6) Ordnance industry: The military industry department currently uses spinning method to process gun barrels. The spinning method has low productivity and high cost, so the cold drawing method is more suitable.
(7) Bearing industry: The current production of rolling bearing races uses round steel as raw material, which is sliced ??and stamped. Large bearing races are also made by hollowing out solid bars, with a metal utilization rate of less than 40%. There is an urgent need for high-precision, thick-walled bearing steel pipes.
(8) Automobile industry: In 1995, 6,000 tons of precision tubes for transmission shafts, 10,000 tons of half-shaft casings and various oil pipelines were produced.

(10) Jack industry: my country has considerable strength in jack manufacturing and has promising prospects for exporting and earning foreign exchange. Currently, various manufacturing companies mostly use solid bar materials for jack cylinder processing, which results in low production efficiency and high material waste. There is an urgent need for high-precision cold drawn tubes.
(11) Other fields: Various printing and dyeing rollers, roller roller tubes, stainless steel tubes, aluminum tubes, copper tubes, special-shaped tubes, internal and external composite tubes, etc. can all be produced using this technology.
